Precinct PlanBayshore Village aims to have a mix of living and working activities over the whole area. However, there are a number of "precincts" which have an emphasis on a particular use. the amount and type of uses are setout and controlled in the specific Development Control Plan (DCP) for the site. Each precinct will have its own distinct character, impressions of these different characters are shown in the "architects impressions" below. |
